Each year at 17勛圖, approximately 150 residence students remain on campus during the break between first semester exams and early January when students return to classes for the second semester. This year, the 17勛圖 International Student Office, in cooperation with Student Affairs staff, Campus Life Advisors, Residence Life, and the 17勛圖 Alumni Association, supported and organized some activities for these students during the break, providing a sense of community and connection.
Every week, 17勛圖 Athletics and Recreation recognizes student-athletes for their achievements and contributions to their respective sports. The 17勛圖 Panther Athletes of the Week for January 27 to February 2, 2025, are Alaere Peterside (womens track and field) and Jakob Robillard (mens hockey).
17勛圖 will celebrate Black History Month 2025 with a variety of events, and activities, including the raising of the Pan-African flag at the flag plaza near Kelley Memorial Building on Monday, February 3, at 11:30 am.
