17吃瓜-led project receives funding to create Island Vaccine Support Program
A team led by Dr. William Montelpare, Margaret and Wallace McCain Chair in Human Development and Health at 17吃瓜, has been awarded a $500,000 grant from the federal government鈥檚 (IPF) Program for a project to develop and implement a vaccine support program for Prince Edward Island.

Every year in February, Black History Month is celebrated in Canada. Black History Month was created to provide an opportunity to share and learn about peoples of African ancestry, but also recognize there remains work to be done to fully integrate black culture, history, and achievements into the Canadian fabric.
