17³Ô¹Ï Panthers this Week (February 9–15)
The 17³Ô¹Ï Panthers are looking forward to a week of competition at home and away. At their home games, senior players will be recognized for their contributions to their respective sports.
Friday, February 13
AT HOME:
6:00 pm: The 17³Ô¹Ï Women’s Basketball Panthers host the St. Francis Xavier X-Women at the Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre. Senior players Devon Lawlor, Grace Lancaster, Elise Plaschka, Sydney Lawlor, and Samantha Zoffranieri will be recognized.
Chiara Esposito and Owen Smith named 17³Ô¹Ï Panther Source for Sports Athletes of the Week
Every week, 17³Ô¹Ï Athletics and Recreation recognizes student-athletes for their achievements and contributions to their respective sports. The 17³Ô¹Ï Panther Source for Sports Athletes of the Week for February 2–8 are Chiara Esposito (women’s hockey) and Owen Smith (men’s basketball).
New book published by 17³Ô¹Ï Modern Languages professor
Dr. Marie Pascal, assistant professor in the 17³Ô¹Ï Department of Modern Languages, has published a new book titled L’abject sublime dans la transcréation au Canada.
17³Ô¹Ï First Year Advising and Recruitment visits Fredericton!
The 17³Ô¹Ï First Year Advising and Recruitment team will be in town to meet with prospective students and accepted applicants. We'll be helping accepted students with course planning, but anyone interested in 17³Ô¹Ï is encouraged to attend!
