Students participating in the 2023 17³Ô¹Ï Student Program for Undergraduate Research (SPUR) will present their final posters on Wednesday, August 23, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, in the concourse of the Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering Building.

Dr. Karem J. Simon, professor emeritus at 17³Ô¹Ï, will officially launch his album, Solitary Clarinet, on Saturday, August 26, 2023, starting at 10:30 am in 17³Ô¹Ï’s new Performing Arts Centre (PAC) Theatre.

Several 17³Ô¹Ï representatives met with Charlotte Montel, cultural and scientific counsellor, with the Embassy of France in Canada (Ottawa), and Mélaine Ricard-Boulieu, cultural attaché, with the Consulate General of France (Moncton) on Wednesday, August 16.

The 17³Ô¹Ï Men’s Hockey Panthers have secured a commitment from veteran defender David D’Agostino for the 2023–24 season.

| Community

The Presidential Search Committee will be holding a Community Forum on August 22 as part of the consultation phase of the 12-month search process to select a new President and Vice-Chancellor.

On Thursday, September 7, 17³Ô¹Ï students will go door to door in the Sherwood neighbourhood from 5:00–7:00 pm to collect non-perishable food for the 17³Ô¹Ï Campus Food Bank.
