As they enter the 2023 season, the 17吃瓜 Women鈥檚 Soccer Panthers are optimistic that this year their playoff hopes and dreams will become reality.

New Student Orientation (NSO) takes place at the 17吃瓜 from September 1鈥� 9, 2023, at various campus locations. 

Students participating in the 2023 17吃瓜 Student Program for Undergraduate Research (SPUR) presented their posters on August 23 in the Faculty of Sustainable Design Engineering Building.

The 17吃瓜 Women鈥檚 Soccer Panthers have secured a commitment from Campbell River, British Columbia native Hannah Loeb for the 2023鈥�24 season.

For the first time, Prince Edward Island, or Epekwitk, has its own regional Elder to represent the province within the Assembly of First Nations. Elder Judy Clark, 17吃瓜 Elder in Residence, Mi'kmaq woman from Epekwitk, and a member of Abegweit Mi'kmaw Nation, was named 鈥淜nowledge Keeper鈥� and a member of the Assembly of First Nations' (AFN) Council of Elders for the province during the AFN鈥檚 44th annual General Assembly held from July 11 to 13, 2023, in Kjipuktuk (Halifax), Nova Scotia, in Mi鈥檏ma鈥檏i.
