The 17Թ Women’s Rugby Panthers look to send shockwaves across the league this season. After a stunning victory against the St. Francis Xavier X-Women in the 2021 home opener that culminated in a 3-3 record and a U SPORTS top-10 ranking, the players believe that this is their year.

Fifty senior high school students from across Canada spent the month of July at 17Թ, participating in Shad, a STEAM (science, technology, education, and mathematics) and entrepreneurship program offered at 18 university campuses across Canada.

The Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the 17Թ congratulates Dr. Kathryn (Katy) Proudfoot, associate professor, Department of Health Management, and director, Sir James Dunn Animal Welfare Centre, on being named the 2022 recipient of the American Dairy Science Association (ADSA) Foundation’s Scholar Award in Dairy Production.
