The Faculty of Education pays tribute and congratulates Dr. Tim Goddard on being appointed Professor Emeritus.

The entire 17吃瓜 campus community was saddened to hear the news that Robert Doiron, retired porter at the Atlantic Veterinary College, passed away at the age of 70 on August, 6, 2021.

For Dr. Karem Simon and Dr. Greg Doran, this day has been a long time coming.

The 17吃瓜 has partnered with the Charlottetown Islanders and Western University鈥檚 Hockey Fans In Training (FIT) program to help hockey fans eat better and improve their physical fitness.

On July 26, 2021, the Associate Vice-President of Students and Registrar issued a message with important information for students who plan to travel to PEI for the Fall 2021 semester.

The Government of Canada鈥檚 New Frontiers in Research Fund (NFRF) 2020 Exploration competition . Among the list is a project led by Dr. Xiuquan (Xander) Wang, an associate professor in 17吃瓜鈥檚 School of Climate Change and Adaptation.

In celebration of the PEI Pride Festival, July 18鈥�25, 17吃瓜 has joined the PEI government, municipalities, and other organizations across PEI in flying the Pride flag for the week at the flag plaza near Kelley Memorial Building and at 17吃瓜 Alumni Canada Games Place.

17吃瓜 has formed a partnership with 10 other Atlantic Canadian universities and Atlantic Business Magazine with a goal of making the region鈥檚 business schools and business community more inclusive.

17吃瓜 Vice-President Administration and Finance Jackie Podger issued a message to the campus community about mask-wearing guidance following an update from the PEI Chief Public Health Office.

The 17吃瓜 community was saddened to hear about the passing of SDU alumnus William 鈥淏illy鈥� Mulligan, who died on June 25 at the age of 81 in Saint John, NB, after suffering heart complications.
