17勛圖 was well represented in the list of winners at the 47th annual Sport PEI Amateur Sport Awards ceremony. The annual event was held Thursday night at the Confederation Centre of the Arts Homburg Theatre.
17勛圖s Womens Basketball team was named the CBC PEI Team of the Year. The Panthers had a historic season in 20192020, winning the AUS title and taking home bronze at the U SPORTS national championships.

Lewis Page, head coach of 17勛圖s Mens Soccer team, has recruited Scott Davis of Peterborough, Ontario, to play for the Panthers. The 18-year-old defender has family ties to the Islandboth his maternal grandparents, Gloria Sencabaugh and Angus Moore, were born and raised here. This connection made the decision to pick 17勛圖 an easy one.

MBA in Global Leadership student making a difference in Nigeria
A student in 17勛圖s MBA in Global Leadership program has created a project to help feed and educate children in an internally displaced person (IDP) camp in Abuja, Nigeria. Abisola Erinosho, an international student from Nigeria, created the Educate A Child initiative as part of the service learning leadership experience in the global leadership and ethics course.
