If you are a student residing on the 17³Ô¹Ï campus and want to take part in helping the 17³Ô¹Ï food bank, here's your chance this Halloween with Trick-or-Eat!!

Trick or Eat is a campaign that aims to collect non-perishable food items for the 17³Ô¹Ï food bank in a trick-or-treat way. The  17³Ô¹Ï Residence Team will knock on doors and ask for donations to our on-campus food bank!

When: October 21st - 25^th 

Where: PAC South Tower Room 109 

Join the 17³Ô¹Ï Residence team for a spooktacular Halloween Food Drive at the PAC South Tower Residence Office (Room 109) from October 21st to 25th! In the spirit of giving, we invite everyone to help us gather non-perishable food items to support the 17³Ô¹Ï Food Bank!

Let’s come together to spread some Halloween cheer and show our community that we care.

• 8:30 am – Tour of department and campus (meet in recital hall) – Dr. Sorensen

Morning classes:

The Department of Music will feature several of its faculty members in recital on November 8 at 7:30 pm on the SDU Stage in the Dr. Steel Recital Hall. This annual recital is popular among students and public alike, and features a diverse range of instruments and repertoire. This year’s performance will feature Stephen Bouey (baritone), Hannah O'Donnell (mezzo-soprano), Morgan Saulnier (flute), Dale Sorensen (trombone), Nicole Strum (saxophone), and Magdalena von Eccher (piano).

Accessible parking is available, and the theatre has an accessible entrance via elevator.

Located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, the Dalhousie University Faculty of Management is home to graduate programs equipped to help young aspiring professionals launch their careers. Come connect with their recruitment team on Wednesday, October 23, from 10 am-2 pm in the Robertson Library breezeway, and learn how their programs could be a good fit for you post-grad!

Gain volunteer experience in our community! In partnership with the 17³Ô¹Ï Experiential Education Department, the Mount Continuing Care Community will host a group of student volunteers to help with a fun activity: pumpkin carving with the residents. This is a wonderful opportunity to give back to your community, meet other students, and gain some new skills.
