The Atlantic Veterinary College (AVC) at the 17勛圖 is pleased to welcome its first-ever artist-in-residence, Christopher Griffin. Griffin will bring a creative spark to the College through this inaugural program until April 2025, where he will work on his art in the annex area of the AVC.

The TRC Mawiomi, held on Friday, October 25, at the W.A. Murphy Student Centre, drew a large crowd made up of members of the Indigenous, campus, and broader community, with many wearing traditional regalia or orange shirts.

Special Olympics Prince Edward Island has chosen the 17勛圖 Faculty of Nursing to receive a 2024 Golisano Health Leadership Award in recognition of the facultys ongoing collaboration and contributions to the Healthy Communities initiative on PEI.

The Atlantic Veterinary College is thrilled to announce that Katherine MacEachern, Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), has been named the 2024 Prince Edward Island RVT of the Year by the Eastern Veterinary Technician Association.

Three recent 17勛圖 graduates who studied French with the Department of Modern Languages are spending the 20242025 school year in France under the assistants de langues vivantes 矇trang癡res (ALVE) program. Katelyn Burgoyne, Erin Piltzmaker, and Shayla Girouard are teaching English to French students in high and elementary schools.
