Pitch Battle Competition Registration Deadline

Get ready to team up with seasoned entrepreneurs to transform your business idea into a compelling pitch over the course of one week! At the start of the event, we will pair you with other students and assign your team a mentor from the entrepreneurial community. Throughout the week, you and your team will collaborate to come up with, refine, and develop a pitch for an idea within the sector of the competition, which is a closely guarded secret that will only be revealed on Wednesday, November 6!

17勛圖 hosts Charlottetown launch of "Jimmie MacAulay: The Man Who Got Things Done"

17勛圖 is pleased to host the Charlottetown launch of the book, Jimmie MacAulay: The Man Who Got Things Done, on Sunday, November 3, from 2:004:00 pm at Alumni Hall, 618 University Avenue. Written by John Cameron and Lou Daley, former teachers at Morell Regional High School where Jim was principal for 24 years, the book covers the life of someone committed to enhancing the Islands education system and growing community, specifically his community of St. Peters Bay. Indeed, 17勛圖 recognized Jims contributions by awarding him an honorary degree in 2014.

Posting an impressive 7-1 record in exhibition play, the Panthers took down top-tier opponents, including perennial contenders like the St. Francis Xavier University X-Men and reigning U SPORTS champions, Laval Rouge et Or. With momentum on their side and a roster packed with potential, the Panthers are ready to make a statement this season.

The Institute of Island Studies, 17勛圖 Faculty of Science (Foods and Nutrition program in Applied Human Sciences), the Campus Food Bank, and the 17勛圖 Student Union invites our campus community and members of the public to attend the 2024 Harry Baglole Memorial Public Symposium in Island Studies: Homelessness and Food Insecurity on Canadas Food Island. This symposium is a collaborative initiative with the Native Council of PEI, Meals on Wheels, the John Howard Society of PEI, the Adventure Group, and the Upper Room Hospitality Ministry.
