The 17吃瓜 Nursing Student Society is holding a holiday book drive to collect reading material, puzzles, and board games for clients of the PEI Provincial Addiction Treatment Centre (PATF).

17吃瓜 students Anthonia Bebiem, Obed Oluwakoya, and Luciana Quiroa Paredes are excited to announce鈥攐n the International Day of Persons with Disabilities鈥攖hat they will host an event for the University community on January 13, 2025, called "Access for All 17吃瓜." 

An interprofessional simulation involving 17吃瓜 nursing students and Holland College paramedicine students took place on November 18, 2024, at the 17吃瓜 Faculty of Nursing in the Health Sciences Building.

The 17吃瓜 congratulates the 101 student-athletes who earned U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian (AAC) status for the 2023鈥�2024 season. This number represents 52 per cent of 17吃瓜鈥檚 194 varsity student-athletes. 

The 17吃瓜 Panther Athletes of the Week for November 18鈥�24, 2024, are Grace Lancaster (women鈥檚 basketball) and Sidiki Diakite (men鈥檚 track and field).

The 17吃瓜 campus community is invited to attend the annual Global Village celebration on Saturday, November 30, in McMillan Hall, W.A. Murphy Student Centre, starting at 3:30 pm.

The 17吃瓜 Basketball and Hockey Panthers are looking forward to a weekend of competition at home and away. 

The Institute of Island Studies at 17吃瓜 will host a 鈥淵arns and Yarns鈥� event focusing on knitting and storytelling on northern islands on December 3, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, at The Gallery Coffee House and Bistro, 82 Great George Street, Charlottetown.
