Fitness Centre Orientation - Health and Fitness Week
Learn the basics of the fitness centre. Pre-registration is required for this event. This is a free demonstration but space is limited. Meet on the 2nd floor of the Sports Centre. Half hour session starting at 5:00 pm. For 17³Ô¹Ï students, staff, and faculty only.

East Coast Art Party - Health and Fitness Week

Kick-off Guess Speaker Heather Moyse - Health and Fitness Week
Join us at McMillan Hall at 12:30 PM for the Health and Fitness Week Kickoff with two-time Olympic Gold Medalist Heather Moyse! Light refreshments will be served.
Zen Zone - Health and Fitness Week
Come and relax in the Zen Zone. We will be providing calming activities such as coloring and knitting. Located in the Day Lounge of the Student Centre from 10am-2pm.
17³Ô¹Ï Flu Clinic: Get the Flu Shot, not the Flu!
The 17³Ô¹Ï Health and Wellness Centre is partnering with Public Health Nursing to offer two flu clinics to all faculty, staff, students and their families. The clinics will be held on Monday, October 22 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and repeated on Thursday, November 1 from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the 17³Ô¹Ï Health and Wellness Centre located on the second floor of the W.A. Murphy Student Centre (North). Please bring your health card or proof of international insurance with you.
