Join the Welcome Week crew to walk over and cheer on the 17³Ô¹Ï Women’s Soccer Panthers’ home opener at 4:45 pm. We’ll also be back at 5:45 pm for those who want to catch the second half! Same goes for the 17³Ô¹Ï Men’s Soccer game at 6:45 pm, with a second chance to join in at 7:45 pm!

17³Ô¹Ï’s Canadian Centre for Climate Change and Adaptation hosts Climate Forum 2025

17³Ô¹Ï’s Canadian Centre for Climate Change and Adaptation (CCCCA) in St. Peter’s Bay, PEI, is hosting Climate Forum 2025 from August 18 to 20. 

Conference chair Dr. Xander Wang, professor in the 17³Ô¹Ï School of Climate Change and Adaptation, said research scientists, academics, graduate and undergraduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and government officials will come together to discuss climate smart technology and policy—the main themes of the forum—as well as challenges and opportunities in future climate change and pursuing a professional career in this field.

SPREE 2025 Research Poster Competition

The Student Program for Research Engagement and Excellence (SPREE) invites the 17³Ô¹Ï community and the public to join us for the 2025 Research Poster Competition. This event celebrates the work of undergraduate and graduate student researchers who have been conducting research across a range of disciplines including Science, Arts, Psychology, Business, and Engineering.
