Faculty of Nursing

Since 1992, the Faculty of Nursing at the 17³Ô¹Ï has fostered an interactive academic environment that prepares nursing students to become critically reflective practitioners, advocates, educators, and professional leaders grounded in the principles of primary health care.

Amazing experiences, caring and experienced faculty, modern laboratories and study areas—there are lots of reasons why students choose 17³Ô¹Ï’s Faculty of Nursing.

Programs

The 17³Ô¹Ï Faculty of Nursing offers a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) as a standard four-year undergraduate program, and as a two-year accelerated program for students with a previous degree. Graduates are eligible to write licensure examinations to practice nursing, and to hold membership in the College of Registered Nurses of Prince Edward Island.

"My professors have done an incredible job showcasing the diversity of the nursing profession."
