The 17³Ô¹Ï Healthy Campus Committee is seeking feedback from 17³Ô¹Ï faculty and staff about the employee wellness program. Your feedback will assist the committee in future planning. The survey should take less than five minutes to complete.

As an incentive to complete the survey, we will draw for a new iPhone 14 on Thursday, December 1, 2022. Deadline to complete the survey is December 1, 2022, at 9:00 am AST.
