Please note that the address on your Earning Statement will also appear on your T4. Take a moment to review the address on your Earnings Statement (found in the employee toolbox on my17³Ô¹Ï). If your address needs to be updated complete the Staff/Faculty Change of Address Form (listed under 17³Ô¹Ï Forms on my17³Ô¹Ï). This needs to be completed before December 15, 2020 in order to update your 2020 T4.
