The 17³Ô¹Ï has lowered the flags to half-mast in memory of Dr. Andy Robb, Professor Emeritus of History who passed away at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown on Friday, September 4.
Due to current public health restrictions, a memorial gathering will be arranged when possible. A tribute will appear on upei.ca and in the Campus Connector in the coming days.
