SEASON PREVIEW: 17³Ô¹Ï Men’s Soccer Panthers set sights on playoffs

The 17³Ô¹Ï Men's Soccer team is ready to claim its place among the Atlantic University Sport (AUS) contenders. With a proud tradition of success under head coach Lewis Page, the Panthers are looking forward to a great season, starting with their home opener against the Memorial University Sea-Hawks on Friday, August 30, at 7:15 pm.

This year, a new generation of talent is set to take centre stage as the program embraces a youth movement that promises to bring renewed excitement and hope.

"Students in the Bachelor of Education program are incredibly supportive of one another."

What brought you to 17³Ô¹Ï? Why did you choose to study here?

I'm originally from Kingston, Ontario, and I moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia in my teens. I have always known that I have wanted to pursue my education in my native language and 17³Ô¹Ï offered just that. Attending 17³Ô¹Ï interested me because I had always heard wonderful comments about the university, the campus is close enough to home, and the program I was interested in checked every box that needed to be checked.
