Dr. Xiao Chen is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Faculty of Business. He embraces an evidence-based approach to management education, and won the 2013 Innovative Teaching Award of the Academy of Management’s Human Resources Division.
PhD student Stephanie Arnold is helping farmers adapt to climate change by providing precision agriculture data from the air, thanks to the 17³Ô¹Ï Climate Lab's fleet of drones.
