17勛圖 has already demonstrated its commitment to EDI in research by signing the Dimensions Charter, Now, as part of the recognition program, the University will join a national cohort of post-secondary institutions in a ten-month learning journey, from June 2025 until March 2026, to assess the current state of EDI in its research environment and develop a plan to address existing gaps.
Upon completing the program, 17勛圖 will be eligible to apply for formal recognition of initiatives that reduce systemic barriers, reshape structures and policies that contribute to inequity, and strengthen its commitment to an inclusive and diverse research culture.
