Dear 17吃瓜 Community,
We are pleased to share the implementation plans for the 17吃瓜 Action Plan: Building a Culture of Trust, Safety, and Inclusion on the upei.ca website.
The 17吃瓜 Implementation Plans: Building a Culture of Trust, Safety, and Inclusion includes plans for Year 0 (2023鈥�24) and Year 1 (2024鈥�25) of the Action Plan.
In the near future, opportunities to discuss the 17吃瓜 Implementation Plans will be announced, including ways to participate in the implementation activities.
We would like to thank Kate Richard for coordinating, supporting, planning, and producing the implementation plans鈥攊t is important and impressive work. Creating and filling Kate's position, Action Plan Program Manager, was one of the very first actions completed. Thank you to the team leaders for the diligence they have put into the details supporting our accountability and planning in these areas.
We are pleased to take this next critical step in realizing the University's commitment to making the changes needed to enable 17吃瓜 and its community to move forward. We are living our values and working to achieve the mission of scholarship to the benefit of our Island and beyond.
