95 17勛圖 student-athletes achieve U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian status

A celebration to recognize 17勛圖's 2022-2023 Academic All-Canadian student-athletes was held on January 29, 2024.

The 17勛圖 congratulates the 95 student-athletes who earned U SPORTS Academic All-Canadian status for the 20222023 season. This number represents 49.5 per cent of 17勛圖s 192 varsity student-athletes.

17勛圖 student-athletes strive for excellence in sport, academics, and in the greater community. This level of academic achievement speaks volumes about their work ethic and to the quality of the coaches, faculty, staff, volunteers, and others who support them throughout the year.

We are so proud of our student-athletes at 17勛圖 and are thrilled that they are being recognized for their hard workin academics and athletics, said Jane Vessey, Director of 17勛圖 Athletics and Recreation. I congratulate them on receiving this national standing and wish them continued success.

To receive this national recognition, student-athletes had to achieve an academic standing of 80 per cent or higher during the 20222023 academic year.
