The 17Թ Panther teams are looking forward to a full weekend of events at home and away throughout 17Թ Homecoming Week.

Wednesday, September 20

AWAY:
5:00 pm: 17Թ Women’s Soccer Panthers (2-1-1) play the University of New Brunswick Reds (0-3-1) in Fredericton, New Brunswick. This is the first of two games this week against the Reds.

7:15 pm: 17Թ Men’s Soccer Panthers (1-1-2) play the University of New Brunswick Reds (2-1-1) in Fredericton, New Brunswick. This is the first of two games this week against the Reds.
 

Thursday, September 21

AWAY:
7:00 pm: 17Թ Men’s Hockey Panthers play the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleus in Lamèque, New Brunswick in their first exhibition game.
 

Friday, September 22

Green and White Day – Show your Panther Pride and your support of our 17Թ Panther athletes by wearing your green and white no matter where you are! Take a photo and post it to social media with the hashtag #17ԹHOCO for a chance to win some awesome 17Թ swag!

Pep Rally at The Fox and Crow (3:30 pm) – Head to The Fox and Crow before the women’s and men’s soccer games for this year’s “Homecoming Pep Rally” hosted by the 17Թ Sports Industry Society! There will be Homecoming food and drink specials, and free cheer gear while supplies last. Alumni who attend will also receive FREE tickets to Panther games while supplies last!

AT HOME:
5:00 pm: 17Թ Women’s Soccer Panthers host the Memorial University Sea-Hawks. This will be the only meeting between the two teams this season.

7:15 pm: 17Թ Men’s Soccer Panthers host the Memorial University Sea-Hawks on “Special Olympics Night”, when Special Olympics PEI soccer players attending the game will be recognized. This will be the only meeting between the two teams this season.

7:00 pm: 17Թ Women’s Hockey Panthers play an exhibition game against the Saint Mary’s University Huskies in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia.

Saturday, September 23

AT HOME:
2:00 pm: 17Թ Women’s Rugby Panthers (2-0) host the St. Francis Xavier X-Women (2-0). Prior to the game, former 17Թ rugby player and coach Shannon Gillis Atkins will be recognized. She was a two-time CIS all-Canadian, a three-time AUS all-star and a PEI Rugby Union Hall of Famer. The game is a rematch of last season’s semi-final.

AWAY:
12:00 and 1:00 pm: 17Թ Women’s and Men’s Cross Country Panthers compete in the Acadia University Invitational in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.

7:00 pm: 17Թ Women’s Hockey Panthers play an exhibition game against the Saint Mary’s University Huskies in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia.

Sunday, September 24

AT HOME:
1:00 pm: 17Թ Women’s Soccer Panthers host the University of New Brunswick Reds.

3:15 pm: 17Թ Men’s Soccer Panthers host the University of New Brunswick Reds.
