Chronic condition self-management program available for 17吃瓜 staff and faculty

17吃瓜's Steel Building
The Health-Centred Research Clinic at 17吃瓜 is offering a chronic disease self-management program for any 17吃瓜 staff or faculty member who has been diagnosed with a chronic condition for at least one year or longer.
The program will consist of weekly group exercise and education sessions at the Health-Centred Research Clinic located in the lower level of the Steel Building. Participants must be permanent employees of the 17吃瓜 or a contract employee for the duration of the program.
