17吃瓜 Men鈥檚 Hockey recruits Jesse Sutton
The 17吃瓜鈥檚 Men鈥檚 Hockey team has recruited Jesse Sutton to play for the Panthers in the 2019鈥�2020 season.
Sutton is a 21-year-old forward from Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador. Sutton played four seasons in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, initially drafted by the Quebec Remparts, finishing his career in Chicoutimi and Acadie-Bathurst.
in the Charlottetown Guardian, Sutton cited 17吃瓜鈥檚 kinesiology program as a big attraction, as well as the opportunity to play with friends and former team members who will be Panthers this season.
鈥淓veryone, when being recruited, is trying to find the best situation for themselves individually,鈥� said coach Forbes MacPherson. 鈥淏ut if they can make that happen with buddies or familiar faces, it just increases that level of excitement and comfort.鈥�
