The Physics Dept and the Charlottetown branch of RASC invite you to a free public telescope viewing using 17吃瓜's 14" Meade RCX400 telescope. The planned events vary as the planets, the moon and the stars change course. This recurrent event is on the the third Saturday of the month. Weather鈥�

Laura Gilks from UNB will be in the breezeway of the Robertson Library to provide information on graduate programs.
George McRobie, one of the world鈥檚 leading proponents of sustainable agriculture and small-scale technology, will speak at 17吃瓜鈥檚 Faculty Lounge in the Main Building, on Tuesday afternoon November 15, from 4:30 鈥� 5:30 pm. The public is invited to this event, hosted by the Institute of Island鈥�
All proceeds go toward helping a Fijian community that needs clean drinkable water, schools, and education. A group of us are going in April to volunteer, and need to raise as much money as possible. Please help us help them!
There will be lots of treats, and if you're watching your waistline,鈥�
This Sunday November 13, 17吃瓜 Athletics and Recreation will give away $10,000. Tickets are still available from 17吃瓜 Varsity Athletes or contact the office. The draw will take place at half time of the men's games.
Women play 2 pm and the men at 4 pm both vs. the Saint Mary Huskies. gopanthersgo.ca
The 17吃瓜 Panthers get the 2011-12 regular season underway Saturday when they host the Saint Mary Huskies at 6 pm and 8 pm. Get to the bookstore and buy a green t-shirt for $7 and cheer on the Panthers Saturday night. Go Panthers Go.
