Mickey Place Memorial Basketball Tournament

The Mickey Place Memorial Basketball Tournament presented by Rodd Hotels & Resorts begins on Friday, October 17 with eight basketball teams from across Canada competing in the annual three-day event.
The 17吃瓜 Men鈥檚 Basketball team will tip off against Saint Mary鈥檚 University, Holland College, and Crandall University, while the 17吃瓜 Women鈥檚 Basketball team will take on the University of Ottawa, Bishop鈥檚 University, and Cape Breton University.The tournament is named after John Thomas 鈥淢ickey鈥� Place, a long-time friend of Panther Sport, a former 17吃瓜 student union employee, and a 17吃瓜 honorary degree recipient.
