As part of ongoing efforts by IT Systems and Services to be more responsive and engage with the 17吃瓜 user community, an End-User Survey has been commissioned to provide additional input to update the campus IT strategy. 17吃瓜 has engaged Info-Tech Research Group, an independent third-party research firm, to create, collect, and compile the data for this survey.
