IT Systems and Services (ITSS) has launched new web pages to create a more interactive and user-friendly environment with simplified content and easier access to the services offered by our department. As well, there is a new info site in the my17³Ô¹Ï Portal.

Highlights of our site include:

  • FAQ and self service section
  • A simplified help desk request form
  • An ITSS services catalog
  • New forms for IT system access and computer purchase requests (located in our my17³Ô¹Ï info site)
  • Training materials for using Gmail Apps and Microsoft Office
